the process

1. ESTIMATE. Use the Pricing page to set word count and optional extras. You'll see a non-binding range in NZD.
2. MATERIALS. rovide your manuscript (DOCX/MD/LaTeX) and any assets (figures, tables, images). We don't do proofreading or InDesign; this is clean typesetting.
3. BUILD. First build lands quickly. Light clarity and tone review using automated text analysis - we'll flag overused words, overly long sentences, and readability issues, but you handle the actual rewrites.
4. REVIEW. Up to two review rounds for changes that affect structure, numbering, captions, references, and output fidelity.
5. DELIVERY. Publication-ready EPUB/PDF and brief production notes for reproducibility. Optional retail metadata and store upload concierge are flat-fee add-ons.
